England rankings for May see our players rise again

England’s junior rankings list for May has seen Essex players locking off two number one positions as well as sustained rises by over 20 other players.

Richie Fallows, who became European Under-19 Champion in Helsinki, Finland in April, is the country’s top ranked Under-19 player while Elise Lazarus, who has not actually played a tournament for almost three months, still dominates the U-15 Girls’ division. Alice Green, ranked two in the Under-13’s last month, is now out of the age group and fills the number 15 spot.

Joel Braddock rises to five in the Under-11’s while Ellie Hewes  is up one place to  eight in the Under-13’s. The biggest climber of the month was Kingswood’s Joseph Blackmur (pictured above) who jumped from 37th to 16th in the Boys’ Under-15’s.
