Ben Coleman beat Essex team-mate Richie Fallows to win the first The Park Estates Bexley Open in Kent yesterday.
The 23-year-old from Chelmsford (pictured) justified his top seeding with a 3/1 victory over the 19-year-old Fallows in the final of the $5,000 PSATour event.
The world no.74 opened up a 2/0 lead by winning the first two games 11-3, 11-4, but the second-seeded Fallows hit back to claim the third 11-9.
However, Coleman halted the world no.100’s fightback by taking the fourth 11-4 and the match to notch his fourth Tour title of the year.
He tweeted afterwards: “Happy with my weekend and to become the first Bexley PSA Champ!! Very well run tournament!”
