England’s rankings for March 2015 feature eight Essex players inside the top 20 across the various age groups.
Elise Lazarus from Redbridge and Club Kingswood’s Alice Green shadow one another in the girls’ Under-15’s ranked two and four while Ellie Hewes from Colchester rides high at four in the girls’ Under-13’s. Mikayla Mann at 12 is our highest ranked Under-11 girl.
Ollie Green is pushing hard in the boys’ Under 13’s where he has claimed the number five spot. Lexden’s Joel Braddock sits at 13 despite only recently passing his 11th birthday. Connaught’s Yusuf Sheikh is making tremendous strides in the boys’ Under-11’s and he is up to 12th position. Aaron Allpress, also from Lexden, occupies 18th position in the Under-17’s. He is also ranked 46 in the U-19’s.
