Essex Junior Squash has signed two of the biggest names in the sport to headline our second Ladies Only tournament and exhibition at Bishops Stortford on April 4th.
And after an incredible surge of interest, there are just 11 tickets remaining to watch the world-class event.
Former world champion and current England No.1 Laura Massaro, and the fabulously exciting Nicolette Fernandes from Guyana, will top the bill on a whole day of squash aimed at promoting the women’s game.
The action will kick-off during the day with a tournament for all ages and abilities followed by an exhibition by Laura and Nicolette, who will also take on challenges from young Essex players who fancy taking a crack at the internationals players.
The Stortford showdown is the second event promoted by Essex Junior Squash following last year’s hugely successful tournament at Connaught Squash Club. Laura and Jenny Duncalf featured in a fabulous exhibition match, as well as taking on a host of local players who were thrilled at the chance of playing against the best in world.
Entry to the Ladies’/girls’ tournament costs just £20, which includes a ticket for the evening’s exhibition match. But don’t worry if you don’t wish to play, you can purchase a ticket just to watch the action.
