Did you ever play in any inter county teams, if so, what was your best memory?Inter-county finals away with the team and winning it one year!
Who is your favourite player to play?Anyone who I win against!
Who is your nemesis? I don’t really have a nemesis or player I dislike playing; I enjoy the challenge of figuring out how to win, especially if its someone I’ve lost to before. Revenge is always sweet.
What skill would you want from someone else?Ali Farag’s game sense or Nick Matthew’s lob!
Favourite pre match scran (food)?Anything pasta based always 4 hours before
Top tip for future playersWork hard consistently, you don’t have to be on top every day but if you show up day after day that gives you the best chance of getting to the top.
What skill are you working on most this year?Movement, especially to the front
How do you prepare for a match?Start off with pre-match food, then a nap for 45 minutes – 1 hour. Get to the venue, get a coffee, relax somewhere quiet. Find somewhere to warm up 90 minutes before, get changed and start warm up routine.
Who coaches you now?Chris Ryder
When you are not playing squash, what do you like to do?Spend time with friends mostly, recently gotten into golf though which is keeping me entertained!
If you didn’t play squash, what other sport do you think you may have taken up?Everyone always tells me I should’ve played rugby because of my body type, so probably would’ve liked to have given that a go.
